our tour group was told to leave as ther was going to be an immenent aerial bombardment, the american cowboys played rock and roll as they strafed the so called insurgents hiding amongst the ruins of babylon…good god when will it end?!!
Oh, you poor thing. Those troops should have respected your civil rights and let you roam free. And when the bombs fell on your head you could sue them for not warning you.

BRAZIL – Brazilian Kangaroo Holidays – Trekking – Waterfall – Vale do Paty, Capao, Bahia, Salvador.
Monday, January 25th, 2010
This is another of our customers videos from a trek in the Vale do Paty. It is one of the remote treks still available where you won’t see any transport vehicles other than the always reliable donkeys. You will be greated by what we believe are the most spectacular views of the whole National Park of Chapada Diamantina. For those people who like their multi-day treks, this is one you don’t want to miss out on!!

Good Holiday Destination For 2 50 yo Sisters?
Saturday, January 23rd, 2010I’m thinking of paying for my Mam and her sister to go on holiday somewhere, the UK or the med.
Does anyone have any good ideas for destinations. They’re in there mid 50’s and one has arthritus, so no trekking holidays.
I was thinking of a week long all inclusive deal in the Med somewhere. Trying to get it for about £300 for both if anyone has any good ideas.
Thanks
What they would want to do is sit in the sun during the day, visit the shops and have a drink in the nightime. It would be good to find other people their age around so that there could be a group to have a drink with.
I don;t want them to have to fork out any money as it’s supposed to be my treat.
Depends on their interests. A coach tour would seem to be best. You won’t get much choice for £300! Local papers sometimes have offers.

Stage 3- Port Jackson to Tairua on the Coromandel penninsula.
Stage 2, in March 2007 started at Rawene and ended at the beautiful Pouto Point.
This slide show is the 3rd stage of our journey, with over 200 people riding, biking and walking the trail.
Our rest day was at the wonderful Coromandel attraction of Barry Brickels magical train ride through the bush.

Looking for a camping holiday in Europe which offers adventure activities?
Thursday, January 21st, 2010Rock climbing, canoeing, trekking etc. Maybe France? Anyone know? Just me and a friend, not loking for a ‘family’ holiday – no kids.
You could look at shannondoah ireland, depends a lot on what languages you can speak. Not a hell of a lot of camping in Europe that isn’t "family holiday"
Pony Trekking Holidays in the UK?
Monday, January 18th, 2010Im looking for pony trekking holidays which are suitable for me and my 3 daughter, two of them are 1 & 14 are very experienced riders but the other is only 6. Bearing in mind they will all be a year older next year when we plan to go.
whoops ment to say 12 & 14 year old
whoops ment to say 12 & 14 year old
You have a one year old who is an experienced rider and a six year old is not?
I would not think that even at 2 a responsible pony trekking concern would let a child take charge of a horse.
Long riding ‘holiday’ or trek in Ireland?
Monday, January 18th, 2010When I graduate in December I am planning on going to Ireland for at least a month but preferably longer. I’ll be traveling alone. As a horse-crazy person, I’m considering riding holidays, treks, or possibly a working student position.
Any suggestions/websites? Thanks!
I’m from Ireland myself, and there is plenty of places to go for holidays or just go for the occasional trek in the country.
I did some searching and i’ll attach some sites for you to look at that I think will be of help to you:

Card Games in Nepal Trekking holiday
Friday, January 15th, 2010
Some of the evenings on the treks are spent playing card games. The action packed games can be a lot of fun and entertainment. What makes it better is getting the locals to participate to get closer.

Late 20s and a rash and acne has appeared on my back after a big holiday?? What could it be?
Monday, January 11th, 2010I was holidaying in Vietnam; doing trekking tours and it was really muggy weather. I got back from the holiday and all of this rash and acne like pimples have developed on my back. I have always had the odd pimple here and there, but never to this extent. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be? Would it be a sweat rash with an infection? Looking fwd to your feedback.
I found this great blog about dermatology and a discussion about something related to your situation – see source below.
Sweat, heat, plus gear or tight clothes blocking the skin can exacerbate acne. I had the same situation with a new sports singlet that was really tight and made of synthetic material. I couldn’t understand why I got these red, itchy but also pimply things that wouldn’t go away. Needless to say I ditched the singlet.
What helped clear them up was pimple cream with 4% benzoyl peroxide in it, plus keeping the area dry through the day, with a product like Prickly Heat powder or Lanacane powder that has zinc in it etc, that mops up sweat. Zinc I think is also anti-inflammatory – so the redness went away. (Zinc is what’s in those baby rash creams.)
The other thing that dermatologists advise is to sleep under only one blanket – not a doona. Sleep cool, shower warm, not hot, they say.
